Kitchen is fully equipped. Washer and dryer in the unit. 4-9 miles from Sorrento Valley, Intuit, Qualcomm and BD. Close to public transportation.10 min drive from UTC, Kearny Villa, Rancho Bernardo and La Jolla. Utilities: $260 Utilities include high speed internet, water and electricity as well as 24/7 manned security, heated swimming pools and jacuzzies, large parks and a volleyball court.
