Private room available in our basement with its own separate entrance, offering a good amount of privacy while still being part of a shared home. Rent: $850/month (utilities included – electric, water, trash, Wi-Fi) What’s included: • Private basement bedroom • Separate/private entry • Shared bathroom + kitchen area • Off-street parking We do have a household with kids and pets, so it’s not always a quiet or “silent” environment. It’s a normal, lived-in home with everyday activity. Pet Policy: • No additional pets preferred • May consider one small pet on a case-by-case basis • Must be well-behaved, house-trained, and approved beforehand • Pet deposit may apply Guest Policy: • Occasional guests are okay, but no overnight guests • Please be respectful and give notice for visitors when possible • No long-term or frequent guests staying without prior approval Looking for:
