Shared space for the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Private bedrooms. Parking is not including in rent but street parking is available.
The rental room comes with some furniture but it can be removed upon request. The rental room does not come with a bed.
Furniture in the living area can be arranged through mutual agreement between roommates. Due to working two jobs on weekdays work prefer overnight guest only on weekends. Landlord doesn’t allow smoking inside, outside and around property.
Current roommate is in the process of packing up to move back home. Sorry about the mess in the pictures.
