Need Short-Term Lease (Aug-Dec)

Hello, my name is Aubrey and I'm currently an undergrad student at Clemson. Fall 2026 will be my final semester so I need a place to stay August-December. I'm willing to pay for July or January as well if a 6-month agreement works better than a 5-month. I'd prefer $800/month and below, including utilities. I'm an animal science major and working on veterinary school applications. I'm relatively quiet when home, and if I'm ever loud or my laptop is loud, you can tell me to put on headphones and quiet down. I'm laid back and don't go out much but I work part-time as an EMT so I'm usually gone 2 weekends a month. I occasionally have friends over or go to a friends to socialize and study. I try to deep clean my space once a month and then before I move in and once I move out. I'm very good at rent on time and bringing up any issues quickly and professionally.
