I’m looking for a male roommate to share an apartment near USC Village (just a 5-minute walk). It’s a great, safe, and youthful area with lots of students, restaurants, and things to do. I’m a young professional, recently graduated in Business, Latino, and pretty active — I spend most of my time working or at the gym, so I’m rarely at home. I usually only use the kitchen occasionally, mostly on Sundays. I’m also gay, so preferably looking for someone who is too, but I get along really well with straight guys as well — more than anything, I value someone who’s fun, easygoing, and pleasant to live with.
