Hi, I’m Dylan — I’m moving to Los Angeles in early June and looking for a place near Hollywood. I work consistently as a bartender while building my career as a songwriter, and stay busy between work and time in the studio. I’m out a lot, but when I’m home I keep things clean, organized, and low-key. I’m easy to get along with, respectful of personal space, and mindful of shared living.
