We’re renting out a room in our home. The house has a newly remodeled modern kitchen and brand new grey vinyl flooring throughout. The living room is fully furnished with a comfortable leather couch and a flat screen TV with surround sound. All shared spaces are accessible, including the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There’s also a gym set up in the garage that you’re welcome to use. The bathroom features a fully functional shower with a new multi-function shower head. The bedroom has vinyl flooring, a closet with new doors, and new blinds. It also has a unique two-door entryway. Washer and dryer are available, and the house has A/C and WiFi throughout.
