Has its own bathroom adjacent to the room, but also serves as guest restroom. Perfect for a working professional seeking a comfortable and convenient living space. I have a medium size talking parrot (African Grey) and a friendly small dog (Pocket American Bully). Looking for someone that can respect my living environment and bring a positive energy to add in my home. I have a 5 year old boy that stays with me on a 50/50 custody schedule. I would appreciate someone that spends most of the time busy outside at work or travels a lot; that would be ideal! I am 420 friendly, but not on the heavy side. All utilities (water, internet, gas, electricity) will be included for a flat fee of $100/mo. I will require proof of income please:). A fee of $200 for Move in will be required as well.
