I’m a 27 y/o college student pursuing a career in voice-over acting. I identify as non-binary and have a support canine. I’m typically a homebody that enjoys the occasional spontaneous adventure. The apartment unit is on the second floor with a hallway shared with the unit below. The available room is roughly 14’x14,’ has two north and east facing windows, and a spacious, double-wide closet. Internet is a fixed $60.42/month, while electricity is roughly $50/month; both will be summed and split evenly between the two of us the middle of each month when they are due.
