The rest of the home is spacious and well-maintained, with a shared kitchen, warm living room, fast Wi-Fi, in-house laundry and a large backyard that’s great for relaxing, getting fresh air or keeping our chickens company. We also have a driveway and street parking, with four spots total. Located less than a 5 minute drive from grocery stores, fast food, cafés, and public transit. Easy, comfortable living with respectful roommates and 2 large dogs. Please note that a deposit is required to move in. This includes first and last months rent plus a safety deposit of $500 and a background check.3 month lease required, and month to month allowed after.Utilities not included in rent.
