Hi my name is Gaby and I am currently looking to rent a room in my home located in Fridley. I am specifically looking for a female roommate as the home is currently occupied by all females. There are two of us living here. The room includes access to shared spaces such as the living room, bathroom and kitchen. All utilities included in rent. I work from home and the house is pet-free and smoke-free. I have a security camera in the entrance and plan to install more outside for safety. I would require a small refundable deposit for the room and the rental term would be month-to-month. Please message me with any questions.
