Looking for a female student or young professional to share a comfortable home in Riverside! Private room available, with own bathroom and room can be offered furnished or not. Home is centrally located near La Sierra/ Pierce not far from Kaiser Riverside, RCC, and Norco College. The bedroom is a great size with a spacious closet and plenty of storage. You’ll have access to a shared kitchen, washer dryer, a large backyard and garden, and a dedicated parking spot in the driveway.
Room can be furnished or not.
This home is in a great neighborhood with easy freeway access, making commuting super convenient. You’d be sharing the home with a single mom and her son,(every other weekend) so we’re hoping to find someone who is kind, respectful, and comfortable around kids and large (very lovable!) dogs 🐾 About the roomies Looking for a roommate for 6 month lease-to year long lease. Preferably a college student or young professional. Must be kid and large dog friendly.
