SDSU Student - Back-House or Room

Hello! My names Trent I'm 21 and I got accepted to SDSU majoring in Psychology for the Fall 2026 semester. I'm potentially transferring to SDSU then and am looking to rent a backhouse or room for the next year or so while I attend my classes. I would love more of a short term lease kind of deal, with the potential of renting the entire period of my college attendance if everything goes well!(6-12 months) Outside of studying and attending my classes, you can find me at the gym or doing pretty much anything near the beach! I am a full time student and work part-time so for the most part l'll be out during the day and when I'm not I'm usually quietly doing my own thing or spending time with my girlfriend! 🙂 - Can provide renters insurance, income verification, background check, credit verification. - I have no pets and I don't smoke. - Can Provide 3+ References - I have two cars but am willing to downsize to 1 if need be. - Id also like someone who doesn't mind if my girlfriend comes and goes, we are both in school with her in LA and she’ll come to see me) My budget is 1500$, feel free to reach out if you have something available:)
