Looking for a room

I’ve been considering moving in or around dtla I have been commuting for over two years now. Rent has been the issue so looking for some sort of roommate or share situation now. I travel a lot for work so I’m out of state most months out of the year atleast a week. Much of my social life is between OC and LA so I will be back and forth as well. Looking to hopefully find an affordable private room not too far from Arts District in dtla.
