I am seeking a tidy, unfurnished two- or three-bedroom home, ideally with minimal outdoor maintenance, and within a weekly budget of up to $400. I am currently working as a support worker, providing care for elderly clients, including those with dementia and other health conditions. My role also involves maintaining clean and safe home environments, so I take great pride in keeping a house well looked after. I am reliable, respectful, and quiet, with [REDACTED] where I maintained an excellent rental history and always took good [REDACTED] Zealand, I have been staying with family, and I am now ready to move into a place of my own. I am looking for a home in a safe, convenient area close to Taupō, as I need to be accessible for my work supporting clients in the community. I am a non-smoker. While I don’t currently have pets, I do have a soft spot for stray cats and may occasionally feed them, so a cat-friendly property would be a bonus, though not essential.
