ABSOLUTELY No DRUGS, or ALCOHOL ABUSE (responsibly is ok), Must pass background check and NO DRAMA. 1 room for rent with shared restroom. Located in between Richmond and Pleak Close to Needville and Rosenberg/ Richmond. House is occupied by 2 working professionals (husband & wife) one teenager, an indoor cat and outdoor dog. Free range of kitchen and laundry room and entire house with respect to others living quarters just clean up after yourselves. couples will be considered with an additional $200 for rent. Utilities included + Wi-Fi included. Street parking in front of house some storage in garage if needed. room is not furnished. Rent is $600 a month (utilities included) due on the first, 3-day grace period. $300 deposit that will be returned upon move out if no major damage.
