The current monthly rate is $4,125, regular price is $4,325 with two months FREE that can go towards move-in cost, which we all do not need to pay anything at move-in day and only pay the monthly rent at $1,375 (not including utilities and internet) monthly after that. This apartment complex is full of amenities for kids and adults. Prime location with easy freeway access, shopping centers, restaurants, Miramar Marines base, and high tech companies in Sorrento Valley. Must fill out an application with the property management to get approved.
