Responsible Couple looking for room

My Fiance and I are looking for a single room. We both work full time and are preparing to go back to school. We don’t smoke or drink and our schedules keep us busy. We’re drama free, and tidy and are looking for a room so we can stay together and out of the way. Currently I pay rent weekly so I’d appreciate anyone willing to allow weekly payment for the first month only (or permanently of preferred) for any move in costs above $800. I really appreciate anyone willing to help!
