The home is a single-story house and the common areas are already furnished with my belongings, so everything is set up and ready to use. The available room has a bathroom that is primarily yours, but it may occasionally be shared if guests are visiting. There are pets currently living in the home, so you must be comfortable living with pets. Rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi, and you’ll have access to the kitchen, laundry, and shared living areas. Street parking is available. Small pets may be considered, but no additional dogs or cats are allowed. A background check is required (fee is approximately $25–$50). Move-in costs include a $500 move-in fee plus the first month’s rent, which will be prorated depending on your move-in date. Aside from the two other bedrooms, the rest of the house will be shared between us. My significant other visits occasionally during [REDACTED] in the house. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and comfortable sharing common spaces.
