Sublease

Hi I’m looking to sublease my bedroom in a 4bed 4bath apartment at The Flats on University, bedroom D. It comes completely furnished with a private bathroom and closet. Rent is $1,140, water is about $20, electric is between $30-$40, and parking is $25 per vehicle. I’m looking for someone to move in latest by April 1 and the lease runs till July 31, you are able to renew it if you would like. The other roommates are females are students at GMU, one of my roommates has a chocolate lab and he’s very sweet and doesn’t bother you.
