Hi! I’m a 31-year-old male with full-time employment and a stable routine. I have my own vehicle and take pride in keeping my living space clean and respectful. I’m a pretty sociable person, but I also really appreciate a calm, quiet home environment where everyone can relax.
I do have an infant daughter who stays with me a few days out of the week, so having a comfortable and positive environment is important to me. I’m responsible, easygoing, and value clear communication and mutual respect in a shared living space.
