Looking for a room!

Hi there! I am a former college basketball player coming home to Sacramento and looking for a room to stay for a few months to a year if possible! I just want somewhere peaceful, clean and comfortable so I can run my business, finish my degree, and lay my head at night! I am flexible as well when it comes to cooking, cleaning around the house, and being friendly! I just prefer people closer to my age and not a crowded and hectic home environment, I am friendly with pets as well!
