Parking is always available and extremely close to apartment. This apartment is located in a safe and very quiet,
"senior" community, with lots of amenities, as well as right next to many hiking trails and parks. Rent is $1500 per month, not including utilities (Gas, Electricity, WiFi). $1000 refundable security deposit (not used as rent).
Must be working full-time, outside of home. Proof of employment, income verification and credit check required. Minimum 4-month lease. No smoking, no drugs, no pets. No regular overnight guests, as rent is for one (1).
