Pictures attached. $900/month. 2) Downstairs room: 19.5 ft x 13 ft, plus larger walk-in closet and newly added full bath with smart toilet, LED-lit mirror, dimmable vanity lights, and standing shower with natural marble seat. $1100/month. Both rooms are fully furnished with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, dresser, and side tables. Each room has a large window with good natural light and is clean, quiet, and good for a working professional. Both floors have 10 ft ceilings. The home has a modern open floor plan, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and center island, bright living and dining areas, upstairs laundry, central HVAC, fiber internet, and street parking.
