Hello 👋 there! This room is currently available for move in as of March 18th. The room is $750 per month and includes access to the following: Internet, utilities, smart tv 60”(we do not have cable but you are welcome to load your apps on tv) closet/shelves. Two nightstands with lamps and a large dresser. Pantry/fridge space - laundry - livingroom/diningroom/one parking space/ keyed entry to room/keyless entry by code for front door/patio/grill/community pool. No couples please. This room is shared and available for a woman only because it is shared with another female. Pets are not preferred but can review on a case by case basis. Must pay deposit(half of rent) and pass a background check/provide proof of employment or source of income. Must be able to submit monthly payment electronically.
