There is a stairlift to the bedroom level for someone with mobility concerns. Rooms are in a townhome in Little Rocky Run, owners bedroom is in the basement. Bedroom is spacious, furnished with adjustable twin bed (can be swapped for a queen), dresser, bookshelf and bedside table. The den has a recliner and large armoire with plenty of storage and a TV there is room for a desk, bed or easy chair. Bed linens, towels, curtains and blankets are furnished. Utilities and high speed wireless are included. the room faces the front yard and gets afternoon sun. The well-equipped kitchen features microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator and glass top electric cooking. All pots, pans, china, glassware, silverware and cookware are furnished for your use and shared by all. The living room and dining area are on the main level, and owner uses former dining room as a sewing studio. The living room has a wall mounted TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Peacock and AppleTV. There are board games and cards, backgammon and dominoes. Parking is on Little Rocky Run Circle, four townhouses away. Laundry is in the basement so must be done when the owners are not sleeping. You furnish your own laundry supplies.
