Hi, I’m Kiarash but I go by “Kai” for short. I’m 24 aiming to rent a place of my own but looking for a room to rent until my finances improve. I’m looking for a room somewhere on the east side of sac county just so I can reduce my commute. I smoke outside, rarely drink, and don’t intend to have any pets until after I have a place all to myself. No stranger to cooking, cleaning, or yard work if need be. I’ll be out of the house for most of the day, you’ll find me either meal prepping for the week or resting before my next shift. I try not to make too much noise in the morning since I only drink cold brew coffee before I head out. Thanks for reading!
