Hi! I’m looking to sublease my fully furnished apartment for the summer. There are 2 bedrooms available in a 4-bedroom/2-bathroom unit in Verano Towers (74000 Verano Road, Graduate Housing). You will have your own private bedroom, with a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. We are open to subleasing one room separately as well. Ideally looking to sublease from June 15 – September 30 (flexible with timeframe). Price: $899 per month per room (utilities included). If you’ll be around the UCI area for a summer internship or summer classes, please DM me!
