58F professional seeks shared house

My [REDACTED] in Ypsilanti MI with my mother and brother. I am seeking a shared living arrangement in a house near their home. I am non-smoker, non-420 friendly (smoking), social drinker. I recently sold my home to move closer to my family and am not ready to purchase in this area. I am looking for a bedroom with own bathroom and shared kitchen, LR, office space (may be contained within BR,) and storage space. Garage for parking and fenced yard would be ideal. I am looking for this home within 30 miles of Ypsilanti area, allowing me to help with Dr. appts and other events with my mother and brother. I provide occasional care for my mother but the house is too small for all of us. I have 2 older (ages 7 and 10), ESA-rated Boxers over 75 lb. They are well trained and crate adapted. I am very responsible for their health, care, and cleaning up after them. I am looking for a house to share in a safe walkable neighborhood with off street parking. Fenced yard preferred. My work is often remote, and when I do go into an office the dogs will go to day care or stay crated. They do not bark excessively, only to alert to the door or strange noises. I keep to myself, mainly working and visiting my family. I am friendly but solitary. My hobbies are quiet (reading, music, painting and crafting.) I want to rent in an area where walking is common and people feel safe. I do not have a preference for M/F housemate. Maximum number of housemates is negotiable.
