👀LOOKING: For someone to take over my roommates 6m lease or 12m lease with a l t Master bath and private bathroom and two different entrances. At LUXURY high rises apartment-Skyloft My boyfriend and I have been living at skyloft apartments & absolutely love it here. Our current roommate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to join our lease. The apartment is spacious, modern, and conveniently located right off the 405 at Main & Jamboree, but the amenities here are something I’ve never experienced before! 💰• $2000/month + about $160month for your portion of utilities (split 3 ways)
- lease is $50 credit check & $250 deposit -also must show last 6mof bank statement Or 3 months of pay stubs• Full master bedroom • Private bathroom (shower + bathtub) •walk in closet - balcony to drink coffee, journal on the patio chair • Convenient parking available on the same floor as our unit (garage) • In-unit washer & dryer • Move-in as early as April 11/12(flexible) • Single occupant preferred, but open to couples • No pets please • Living room comes furnished, but we’re not super attached to anything if you have pieces you’d like to bring 🙂 • Living here honestly feels like living at a resort- amazing amenity clean and modern spaces, and a relaxing atmosphere Note about floor plan: The available room is the one on the left side of the floor plan 2 different door entrances. The balcony is on our side of the apartment, with access through the center living room. Both bedrooms
