Hello all, I am University of Chicago faculty looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom rental starting in April 2026. I'm flexible on the actual move in date. No car, so I am looking for a building or home that is central to transit, shopping centers and provides ease of access to downtown Chicago as well as the UoC law school. Lakefront access is a definite bonus as well! I can go up to $2100 base rent for the right place. While I'd prefer Hyde Park, I am searching in Kenwood, Woodlawn and Bronezville as well.
