Hello! We are looking for a queer-friendly person to join our household. We can accommodate most small pets, and have a washer, dryer, and dishwasher! We are within walking distance of UNI and which is ideal for students. For nature lovers, we are quite close to a lovely walking trail! The price listed is to rent one room and have access to the common areas of the house. You will be living with 3 other roommates, me(Sam), Jobie, and Valarie. We try to keep a comfortable atmosphere with clear communication and courtesy. All rooms besides the one being rented out are fully furnished. We have a two car garage and ample street parking.
