The room is move-in ready and includes all utilities, internet service (500mbps-1GB), a 43-inch TV, a mini freezer, and a large closet. Tenants also have access to the kitchen. The location offers convenient transportation access, including the Bx12 bus, the 1 train, the 4 train, and Metro-North. There is also a laundry facility just a 5-minute walk away. The rent is $350 per week for either one person or a couple. We are looking for a responsible person or couple who enjoys a peaceful environment, does not smoke, and has no pets. To move in, we require one week of rent in advance and one week as a security deposit.
