Looking to rent a room Monday evenings only on an ongoing basis. Anywhere that’s 15-20 from Fred. I’m a couple hours away and help care for my granddaughter Tuesday mornings at 8am, so I’d arrive Monday evening and leave by 8am Tuesday. Offering guaranteed monthly payment of $250 (paid on the 1st) for very minimal use. Quiet, responsible, and happy to provide references or pass background/credit check.
