We’re a married couple offering a private bedroom in our clean, relaxed home. The bathroom is shared (only with occasional guests).

- Close to light rail, grocery stores, restaurants, and all major amenities
- Central, convenient, safe neighborhood

🌈 Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who fits well with our home and plans to stay a while. However, we are open to short term stays. Ideal for someone who is:
- Working full‑time
- Able to show proof of income/employment
- Clean and sober
- LGBT‑friendly
- Respectful, responsible, and clean in shared spaces
- Comfortable with a shared home environment

The Room
- Can come furnished upon request with dresser, queen mattress (3 months old) and frame, and " smart tv.
