Hi, I am currently looking for a roommate to fill in an available space in my apartment. I have a bathroom apartment located in University area of charlotte. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Concerning the home you will have access to full kitchen, laundry room and balcony alongside your own bathroom and private room. On the property you will also be able to use the amenities provided which include Gym, Pool and Dog park. Outside of the neighborhood are plenty of stores and restaurants. You name it and it’s nearby! I am looking for a roommate that can naturally coexist with my day to day lifestyle. I’m a very reserved individual. Who goes to work, stay active in the gym, love to spend time with my dog and create diy projects during my spare time. I am looking for someone who also keeps up with themselves and looks to keep have a habitable living situation.
