You would have your own private room and share the rest of the apartment with one roommate, an English literature teacher. The electricity and internet bills are split evenly—electricity averages around $30 per month and internet is about $20 per month. The lease runs through the end of July. At that time, you would have the option to renew through the end of the year at the same price. Move-in requires first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a security deposit.
