Beautiful largest empty bedroom for rent. Rooms are for single occupancy. Please no guest allowed for the respect of the current roommates. Unfurnished, located on the second floor. The biggest bedroom furthest away from the master has a ceiling fan with a Samsung tv installed for entertaining. Room will be available in April, possibly sooner.
