Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease (official re-let through the leasing office) for this spring/summer at Ryder on Olive — available April 1st through August.

🏠 About the Unit:
• D1 floor plan – bath (everyone has their own bathroom)
• Your room is furnished, private, and a suite (yes — double the size of a regular private room for the same price!)
• Fully furnished apartment with in-unit washer & dryer
• Great layout — I’ll include an image of the floor plan for reference
• Kind and considerate roommates 😊

💰 Rent & Utilities:
• $/month + Utilities
• Utilities typically run about $/month

📝 Re-let Process (through the leasing office):
This is an official re-let, meaning you’ll complete the standard application with the leasing office and, if approved, sign your own lease directly with Ryder on Olive. Once you sign and move in, I’ll be released from my lease obligation.

To get started, I’ll need your full name, phone number, address, and desired move-in date — and then the leasing office will send you the application link.
