Room search school year

Hi, I’m Lia! I’m a current industrial engineering freshman. I am looking for a room to rent close to campus for next school year. My budget is $ but closer to $ is much preferred. I’ll be bringing my car but would still like to stay within walking distance of either main or centennial campus. I am looking to have a friendly relationship with my roommates, but am a generally busy person who will be in and out of the apartment. I stay up late but am happy to accommodate quiet hours.
