My name is Suketi, and I’m a physical therapist seeking a compatible roommate to share a beautiful -bathroom apartment in the luxury building Summit at Summit Ave — excellent location in Journal Square, just 1 block from the PATH station for quick NYC commutes.
The total rent is $/month, split equally — so my half would be approximately $/month (plus half of utilities, which are reasonable for this high-end building with amenities like a state-of-the-art fitness center, movement studio, rooftop lounge, concierge, pet spa, golf simulator, and more).
A bit about me:
• I’m very clean and organized — I always keep shared spaces tidy, wipe down surfaces after use, and maintain a spotless home.
• I work as a physical therapist and am on- 4 days a week, so I really value a peaceful, relaxing environment to unwind after shifts.
