Hello. I’m looking for a fully furnished, one month rental private 1 bedroom in central Seville from March . No roommates/shared accommodation.

It’s just me, I’m a quiet, respectful non smoker, no kids. I’m only visiting for the month, so I’m not looking for a long term lease or a deposit situation.

A bit of heating is important, and a balcony would be a lovely bonus. I also have a local friend in Seville who can view the apartment on my behalf.
