Looking for female roommate

I live in a seventeen hundred square foot house. bath. I have one room available. I have dogs and cats. I have a two year old son who can share a room with another child if needed. There is a large fenced in back yard. My house is designed with my child in mind. My ideal roommate would be a female or another single mom with kids. The room is currently furnished but things can be moved out if needed. The room also has two closets. There is a large living room area, a toy room, and a separate sun room for my pets. There is also a small office area. Roommate will have access to the guest bathroom
