Bedroom for rent with private bathroom, in my cozy apartment!
Looking for a roommate (or couple)! I’m a working, full-time student who likes to keep it fairly low-key at home, I also like to keep it pretty clean and organized. The living area, kitchen and balcony are shared with just 1 roommate (me).
In-unit laundry!

Just off of Drake and Timberline.
Utilities are about $ per month.

There are already 2 sweet kitties here, so I would prefer to not bring in any more pets, but can be negotiable!
