Furnished for Female Roommate

Hi, my name is Sofia. I am a year old female student and I am looking for a female only roommate. The room is splitting a 2 bedroom apartment at the Beach House apartments in Jacksonville Beach so you can check the place out online, its next door to police station, gated, nice amenities and walk to beach. The monthly rent for the roommate is $ splitting $ total rent that includes all your utilities and the room is available with a 7 day notice. The room is furnished as photos show, in fact you may keep this furniture as your own and take it with you at no cost. The lease is through July, and I plan on departing to another city at that time. You could change your unit or add a new roommate at that time or plan accordingly. If you must bring your own furniture, this furniture can be removed to accommodate you. As a Tenant here, they will require adding you to the existing lease and providing you your security access application that opens doors and gates. I'm not judging anyone else's choices; however, it is a deal breaker to vape, smoke, or party in the apartment as that does not suit my lifestyle.
