Hello! I'm clean, laid-back and friendly, but mostly keep to myself when I'm not at work. I enjoy cooking and occasionally baking, though most of my at-home time is spent gaming or writing- so decent internet is a must for me. Ideally, I would love to find something long-term and lgbt-friendly, but my top priority is being in a safe area, preferably relatively close to Arden.

I'm an art appreciator. I love music, from metal to opera and musicals, love visual art, and have always created art in various media. While I don't have any pets currently, I love animals, so have no issues sharing a home with someone's pets.

The budget I set is only for rent, I don't mind extra for utilities.
