Hey everyone! I’m looking for 1 awesome person to join my rental in Parker. Utilities and internet are included in rent, flexible lease, dogs are allowed with a pet fee. (There are no pets that live here currently) Smoking is okay as long as it’s outside. There is a washer/dryer, Ac/Heater/Fireplace and dishwasher. There is a backyard with a large field behind and a community pool. Neighborhood is walking distance from Parker Downtown, grocery stores and gym. About me and the roommates: I don’t live at the townhouse, I just manage it. There is a Male (Dylan) and transgender woman (Raven) in their s, one who you’d share a bathroom with (Raven). Dylan has lived there for 3 years and Raven has lived there for over a year. Both work opposite working schedules so the house is usually pretty empty but if you do run into either of them, they’re both very respectful and easy to get along with!
