Hey,
I have a loft situation available,
The upstairs or 2nd story has a private bathroom, private bedroom and a secondary living room that are a package deal. The upstairs does have two additional rooms separate of rented space , one will be utilized as a gym or a "guest" bedroom. Though I am leaning for in house gym room! Due to already having the gym equipment and guests could use air mattress or couch, o.o
The 3rd "bedroom" upstairs is a home office / library.
The downstairs shared space is massive with a fully stocked kitchen, walk in pantry, two full size refrigerators (garage, kitchen) (fridge & freezer combos)
Garage space is being organized and family has items to remove from location (pending)
Living room downstairs has a massive couch, fiber optic internet and utilities are included in a flat rate.
