Rules & Requirements (No Exceptions):
• No pets
• No smoking anywhere in the house
• No shoes inside the house
• No loud music or loud noise after PM (weekdays) don’t care really on weekends
• Weekly cleaning of bedrooms and shared restroom is mandatory
• Kitchen use permitted only if cleaned immediately after use; all items must be washed and put away
• Washer and dryer available; laundry room must be kept clean at all times
• No house guests without prior notification and approval

This home is kept clean and orderly. Renters must be responsible, respectful, and follow all rules.
