Located in downtown Fort Lauderdale 5 blocks from olas and 3rd. Very clean and well kept apt. No smoking, drugs, or pets.
I have a few rules all having to do with healthy and clean living.

My pre teen daughter visits the apt sometimes, that is the reason I am only looking for a female to rent the room to.
